Course Return and Refund Policy

At By Bhavani Pattern Drafting and Dress Making Class, we strive to offer the best learning experience to our students. Please carefully read our refund, cancellation, and certification policies before enrolling in any course.

General Refund Policy

No Refund After Course Commencement

• Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued—this applies to both partial and full payments, online and offline students.

Last-Minute Cancellations

• In case we cancel or postpone a course and you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, a 100% refund will be provided.

Offline Course Refund Policy

Admission Fee

• The admission fee (used to block your seat) is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Pre-Course Cancellations

• If you inform at least 7 working days before the course and your seat is successfully filled by another student, a partial refund may be processed after deducting a processing fee.

Monthly Fees

• Monthly fees are due by the 1st week of every month. Failure to pay on time may result in removal from the course without a refund.
• Admission fees cannot be adjusted against monthly fees or other services.

No Refund for Non-Completion

• Students who do not complete the course (voluntarily discontinue, drop out, or miss classes) will not be eligible for a refund of any kind—this includes admission fees, monthly fees, and full-course fees.

Online Course Refund Policy

No Refund After Access is Granted

• Refunds will not be issued once access to course materials (videos, files, modules) is provided or the course has begun.

Refund for Pre-Booked Seats

• If the student cancels 7+ working days before the course and the seat is filled by another student, a refund may be processed after deducting payment gateway and administrative charges.

Course Completion Certificate Policy

Eligibility

• Certificates are issued only to students who complete the entire course curriculum.

Ineligible for Certificate

• Students who pay the full fee but do not complete the course—for any reason—will not receive a certificate.
• No certificate will be provided for partial attendance or incomplete submissions.

Admission Fee

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days after approval.
• All refunds are subject to deduction of app store fees, payment gateway charges, and processing fees.
• Any digital services or materials provided are non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.
• Students must retain proof of payment for any refund or certificate claims.

ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ನಂತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಇಲ್ಲ

• ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಣ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ—ಇದು ಭಾಗಶಃ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಪಾವತಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಫ್‌ಲೈನ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕೊನೆಯ ಕ್ಷಣದ ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವಿಕೆಗಳು

• ನಾವು ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮುಂದೂಡಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ನೀವು ಮರುನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಶೇ.100 ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ

• ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ (ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಲು ಬಳಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ) ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಮೊದಲು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವಿಕೆಗಳು

• ನೀವು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 7 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಿದರೆ, ಪ್ರಾಸೆಸಿಂಗ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಭಾಗಶಃ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.

ಮಾಸಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು

• ಮಾಸಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಮಾಸದ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಪಾವತಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ನಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಬಹುದು.
• ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಮಾಸಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸಮನ್ವಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಪೂರ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸದವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಇಲ್ಲ

• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸದಿದ್ದರೆ (ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲಿತವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು, ಡ್ರಾಪ್ ಔಟ್ ಅಥವಾ ತರಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದು), ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಹಣ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ—ಇದು ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ, ಮಾಸಿಕ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ನೀತಿ

ಪ್ರವೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಇಲ್ಲ

• ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳಿಗೆ (ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳು, ಫೈಲ್‌ಗಳು, ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್‌ಗಳು) ಪ್ರವೇಶ once ನೀಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಅಥವಾ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಆರಂಭವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಬುಕ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಆಸನಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ರಿಫಂಡ್

• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಆರಂಭದ 7+ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳ ಮೊದಲು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸನವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ತುಂಬಿಸಿದರೆ, ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.

ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ನೀತಿ

ಅರ್ಹತೆ

• ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಪಾಠಯೋಜನೆಯು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲದವರು

• ಪೂರ್ಣ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಭಾಗಶಃ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಶುಲ್ಕ

• ರಿಫಂಡ್‌ಗಳು ಅರ್ಹವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯ ನಂತರ 10–15 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತವೆ.
• ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಿಫಂಡ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಪ್ ಸ್ಟೋರ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ, ಪಾವತಿ ಗೇಟ್‌ವೇ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಸೆಸಿಂಗ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
• ಯಾವುದೇ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರೆ ಅಥವಾ ಡೌನ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಯಾವುದೇ ರಿಫಂಡ್ ಅಥವಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಾವತಿ ಪುರಾವೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಬೇಕು.
